王冬在聽取匯報后對集團(tuan)在職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)經理人試(shi)點工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)取得的(de)成果給予(yu)肯定(ding)。他表示,產投集團(tuan)開展(zhan)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)經理人試(shi)點工作(zuo)(zuo)以來,政策研究透(tou)徹,措施(shi)實(shi)施(shi)縝(zhen)密,工作(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)扎實(shi),取得了(le)一定(ding)成效,但同時(shi)也要看(kan)到工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)存在的(de)問題(ti)(ti)和(he)(he)不(bu)(bu)足(zu)。下一步,要認真(zhen)總結(jie)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)經理人試(shi)點工作(zuo)(zuo)經驗(yan),好的(de)經驗(yan)要進(jin)行復制、推(tui)廣,形成特色(se),不(bu)(bu)足(zu)之處要盡快補齊(qi)短(duan)板,發現問題(ti)(ti)要及時(shi)反饋,提出意見建議(yi);要加大(da)試(shi)點和(he)(he)改革推(tui)進(jin)力度,充分激活人才能量,增(zeng)強企業(ye)(ye)內生活力,推(tui)動(dong)企業(ye)(ye)高質量發展(zhan)。
